About reservations
Q. How should I make a reservation?
A. You can call or e-mail us

Q.Can I see the room before a reservation?
A. Yes. Please call or e-mail us to make an appointment for a preview

Q. I want to stay only for 2 weeks. Is it possible?
A. We have a half-monthly plan as well as a monthly plan. If your travel shcedule is around 2 -3 weeks, the half-monthly plan would be reasonable.

Q. How many days can you keep the room after I pay the deposit?
A. We can keep the room for one week. Your rent will start after that even if you don't start living yet.

Q. Can I get a deposit back when I cancel the reservation?
A. We are sorry but the deposit is not refundable even if you cancel the reservation. We need to keep the apartment/room/bed for your reservation

Q. Do I have to pay a brokerage fee?
A.No, we are not a realestate agent and you don't need it.
About the rent
Q.How do I pay the rent?
A.You pay for the next month' rent by the last day of the previous month. Pleae bring it to the office or you can use a bank transfer.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A.We are sorry but you can pay only in cash.

Q. Can I get the deposit back when I move out?
A. Yes, we refund up to 29,000 yen (1,000 yen/set is charged for linen cleaning) if there is no problem.
But if the room is damaged or the funishingre is a damage or the eqipment in the room is broken/lost, we might deduct a part or the whole deposit.
About facilities
Q. How are rooms fuinished?
A. A set of bedding, besic furniture and electric appliances are equipped in each apartment.

Q. I have heard Japanese summer is very hot and humid. Do you have air-conditioning facilities?
A.Yes. All guest rooms are air-conditioned (cooler/ heater)

Q.Can I cook in the apartment?
A.Yes. Basic cooking facilities are in each apartment. A gas cooking stove is in the kitchen and basic tableware and cooking utensils are equipped.

Q. By the way, what is "tatami mat" ?
A.Tatami is the name of Japanese style floor mats made of rush.
A standard sized tatami is about 90cm x 180 cm.

Q.Can I bring my own laptop computer?
A. Yes, if your PC has a LAN port, you can use our 100Mbps optical fiber internet line.

Q. Is there a lock with the door of my room?
A. Yes, each private room has a lock with the door in addition to a lock of the frontdoor of each apartment.
Other rules
Q.Do I have to clean my room and the shared room?
A. You have to clean your own room and the common space (kitcihen, toilet, bath, etc...) with your sharemate. We sometimes inspect the common room. If your room is in a mess too much, we might have a cleaning agent clean the room and charge you the actual cost.

Q. How can I move out?
A. Please inform us about your move-out date at latest 3 weeks prior. On the day, you clean the room and wash your sheets and pillow case after you pack up all your stuff. Then you and one of our staff check the room together. If there is no problem and you have already paid all the rent, we refund up to 29,000 yen (linen cleaning fee 1,000 yen/set is charged).
