| Step 1: Find an available apartment / room |
Basically each room availability shows 3 weeks ahead from today.
Case 1: In case there are rooms or apartments which say [ Available now
] on the room availability page.
We comply with reservations that the arrival dates are within one week
ahead. If the arrival date is more than one week ahead. You have to wait
until one week before of the available date. Or the rent will start from
one week after even if you do not move in yet.
Case 2 : In case there are rooms or apartments which say [ Available from
X day of Y month ] on the room availability page.
We comply with reservations that the arrival dates are within one week
from the available date. If the arrival date is more than one week ahead
from the available date, the rent will start from one week after the available
date.

| Step 2 : Send a reservation request |
When you find an available apartment or room and wish to reserve it, please send e-mail or make a phone call.

| Step 3: Pay a deposit |
We will reply to your e-mail and confirm the premise is ready to be reserved.
After that, we ask you to put 30,000 yen in our bank account for the reservation.
You can send the deposit by a bank transfer or bring the deposit to the
office. We will tell you our bank account by e-mail.

| Step 4 : Move in |
| Please contact us again a few days before to fix the arrival date and time.
On the arrival day, please bring a copy of your passport and the rent for
the first month. We are going to make a contract and sign a lease agreement.
You will get the key and you can start a new life in Kyoto ! |
| Step 5 : Move out notice |
| You must inform us about your move-out date at least 3 weeks prior. It
means that you have to pay the rent at least 3 weeks after you submit "3
weeks move-out notice".Using the 3 weeks, we can advertise the room/apartment
to the public. We also fix the time we meet on your move-out day. |
| Step 6 : Move out |
| Before you leave, you need to clean and restore your apartment/room to
the original state. On the day, you and one of our staff check the room
together. If there is no problem and you have already paid all the rent,
we refund up to 29,000 yen (linen cleaning fee 1,000 yen/set is charged)
and you return the key. |
