About how to pay your rent, お家賃のお支払方法に関して
～お振込・現金振込でのお家賃のお支払がむずかしい居住者の方へ～
いつもお世話になっております。京都アパートメントでございます。
お家賃のお支払に関して、お振込または現金振り込みでのお支払をお願いしておりますが、
どうしてもむずかしいお客様の為に、月末の指定した日時に事務所を開けさせていただきますので、
事務所にてお家賃をお支払頂く事が可能です。
ただし、お手数ではございますが、事前に必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。
その際、①希望日時、②アパート名、③お部屋番号、④お名前をお知らせ頂きますよう、宜しくお願い致します。
【事務所でのお受け取り対応可能時間】
●4月25日(木) 9:00 ～ 10:00、 15:30 ～ 16:00（※16時までです）
皆様のご協力のおかげでほとんどのお客様よりお振込みにてお家賃をお支払い頂いております。

Hello, this is Kyoto Apartment.
As for your payment, we ask all of the residents to pay their rent by bank transfer or cash bank transfer, but if it is really difficult for you, we will open our office on a specified day near the end of the month, so you can pay the rent at our office.
However, we apologize for the inconvenience but please make sure you contact us in advance.
And please let us know ①Date and time, ②Apartment name, ③Room number, ④Your name.
