3 Weeks Move Out Notice

Please send this form to our office at Kinsho Co.,Ltd., at least 3 weeks prior to your planned move out day.

Please note that your rent will include the rent for the 3 weeks prior to your move out day and your move out day. If we are not informed of your move out date at least 3 weeks prior to you moving out, then we are afraid we will have to charge you rent for 3 weeks from the day that we are informed.
We do not accept the move out notice orally, so please make sure to fill out this form.

If you need to come to our office to pick up your refundable deposit, please contact us to make an appointment in advance.

General Notes of Vacating

Please check each point if you agree with them.

Please leave your room / apartment between 10:30 and 15:00 on Mondays to Fridays. Please stay at another accommodation, if you plan to leave anytime outside of these hours.

Please return your keys and leave your room / apartment immediately after the inspection.

Please let us know about the inspection time at least 10 DAYS BEFORE your move out date. Otherwise, we will decide the time for you.

Please clean your room to the clean state that it was when you moved in, and dispose of anything you bought. Please do not leave food, condiments, furniture, large trash items, utensils, and/or etc. In case the room / apartment is not clean enough and there is something that you have left behind, the refundable portion of the deposit will not be returned in full.

Please do not forget to dispose of your bike too.

The places you need to clean up are everywhere in your apartment such as your room, kitchen and bathroom.

The procedure of vacating shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. But we might ask you to clean up again, or dispose of your stuff, if it has . In this case we are not sure how long it takes.
